I am seeking an artist for card game illustrations #3

I'm seeking a cartoonist/illustrator Please read carefully before applying. (if your proposal looks generic you will not be considered) This piece of work, is just a small piece to get started, to help me scout out an artist for a bigger piece of work (an entire game), so I will be accepting multiple freelancers for this piece, with the intention of selecting the one I like most for the remaining work (which will be much larger, total of 90 illustrations plus a few other pieces). Please do not apply if you're not interested in the larger future piece of work. This piece of work is for: 2 illustrations/cartoons 2 card borders variations I am designing a board game, which consists mostly of custom playing cards, I'm seeking someone to bring these cards to life with their own original & creative illustrations/cartoons What I'm seeking: - 2 character portraits - 2 card border variations - (the border images must remain exactly 816x1110 pixels, and the white border must remain as a bleeding edge for printing purposes) What I'll provide: - 2 jpg prototype cards, for context & inspiration (the portraits were just googled, to give an idea about the characters personality, you'll be replacing them with your own artistic creation) - 2 png card borders ive designed - please keep the general layout but see how you can improve upon these artistically, especially if it is to suit your own unique art style - 1 pdn([login to view URL]) file just incase u want the source file for the borders/prototypes i put together - blurb of the game to give you more context of the theme along with a description of the two characters It is acceptable for you to include your own signature in the corner of the illustrations, if it doesn't impact the overall aesthetics I don't care what technology you use, so long as the end result is in the correct resolution and can be saved to PNG format I prefer a cartoonish style, but other than that, I am eager to see what you come up with
