I am looking for a landing page to be designed, developed and integrated into my website. The landing page will be linked in emails to customer soliciting our customer to try our new products. Here is what the landing page will entail: 1. Design and layout 2. The landing page will need to have a form with several fields to capture customers contact information: First name, Last Name, Company Name, Phone, Email, Product of interest and a field where they can give us more information on their project. 3. The data will then need to be saved to a created database and also emailed to a dedicated email. 4. Once the landing page has been created and extensively tested, I will need the awarded bidder to help integrate the landing page into my site, test and support for six months. My website is wordpress based and more information can be provided to the successful bidder.
