We need to hire a full stack web developer to lead the technical side of a web project.
Before we choose the right developer, we're looking to pay 4 candidates $25 each for preliminary advice only with respect to the project.
We will review the advice given by each of the candidates we choose, and will then hire one of them to work with us.
The scope of the problem we need advice on is contained below. Please respond briefly with an argument as to why we should hire you to provide the advice first and then be our technical lead for the project.

Scope
We're developing a podcast review site. Users will be able to come to the site and read/add reviews of podcasts in the Australian iTunes podcast directory.
A core function of the site will be to display a landing page for each podcast listed in the Australian iTunes podcast directory.
Therefore, we need the site to periodically and programmatically scrape all the listings in the podcast directory and dynamically create and keep updated landing pages for each listing on our website.
Each landing page should also display key information scraped from the iTunes podcast listings (i.e., Image, title, description, reviews etc). We should also be able to manually add information and content to the listings.
We need preliminary advice with respect to these questions-
Can we build the site on wordpress?
Is it technically wise to build the site on wordpress? Explain why either way.
If you don't advise us to build the site with wordpress, what alternative would you suggest and why?
How will you handle the functions required, as outlined above?
