Perform simple photoshop editing on a couple photos

We are about to open a new business location for a car detailing business. We have several photos of the place captured by mobile devices. We need the photos edited so that overall look is clean and shiny with all imperfections removed. For example: -The walls should be altered from "dirty" white to pure, clean white -The red/black logo on the wall should be made to look clean and shiny with a clear contrast against the white wall -The "Car detailing centar" led lights should be made to look clean and shiny -The concrete in front of the store should be altered to look new and clean, so all cracks and imperfections should be removed -Cars should be made to look new and polished, clean and shiny -...And everything else you can think of that would make the photos look even more fancy All these modifications should be performed on 3 attached photos. All these are photos of the place itself with some cars parked in front or inside. We are looking for a freelancer who can do the above modifications in Adobe Photoshop quickly for a reasonable price. For the right freelancer there would be much more similar work in the future, eg editing of before and after photos of polished cars.
