Online Auction Web-site - Search engine and selling and buying items

Hi there, Looking to design an online auction web-site with the following design/options: Design - Will have a logo eventually, and is in the middle of getting worked on, but can just go off general colors of the logo or basic prime colors for the time being. Any suggestions will welcome though and we can tweak as needed. - Need the web-site to be API centric and php would be the preferable platform. Front Page What is needed - Front home page design - Know exactly what I want and can show you samples - Registration for user accounts with a user account page for both personal and businesses - Search engine design both of what user interface looks like when user is selling something such as a vehicle or a product. -Need list of all the difference car manufacturers to choose from, so that the seller choose what model of vehicles they are selling. - Search engine design of the results page of when a user searches for a vehicle or something else. - Need IP location detection for when users login - Create different locations across Canada and US, so that when people come to the web-site they can search what are they live in -Login using Facebook, in which that would create a profile for that user automatically or they can manually create a profile if they do not have facebook, Back End for User accounts and Back end for Business Accounts - User account page shows how many things they have sold, a picture and some basic info ( - Chat feature, which people selling things, can connect to the person with the chat, when they are online, or just send an inbox message they can check if they are off line. - Text and email sent for any message received in regards to something that is being sent - Fee charge option, if user wants to sell more than 5 items - Fee option if the business wants to sell an item (Be able to disable this option as needed in the admin panel on the back end or change how much the cost is or if its free) - Both for businesses and regular users. - Users need to be delete their ads or edit ads as needed Back end for Admin - Having the ability to delete/edit ads, block or delete users - Change pricing of how much ads cost or if its free - Can tell you more features as well, if we discuss more. Looking for a long term partnership, as I will need tweaks and changes from time to time.
