We want to choose someone to create a new design template for the following: 1. Our monthly email Newsletter which will act as a teaser to 2. Our E-Magazine. This needs to be printable. 3. Each Quarter we will need this produced as a Hi-Res version for a Hardcopy Magazine distribution. This may include managing and updating the content for each issue. The content will have videos, photo's and text and which we will links back to our website. We are considering using, this provider of E-Magazine (example linked here http://pwpro.realviewtechnologies.com/#folio=1) Our real estate industry focus is Commercial (IE. Offices, retail, Industrial, development etc) The Magazine Sections will broadly consist of: 1. Property for Sale and Lease 2. Property Sold and Leased 3. Stories relating to Clients who are on the move 4. Industry related stories 5. Local Community events and stories 6. CEO news 7. Advertising Pages and banners See examples attached with our new logo and our old magazine designs linked here [login to view URL] We don’t mind the layout of our Property Pages but we also need skilled design for our Front Cover, the outside back cover, our articles and advertising pages and banners.
