New Rock Band Logo Badge for its first EP artwork (only British designer wanted)

British graphic designer wanted for a new British rock band that requires a new logo badge to be created digitally for its first EP artwork and website. It's based on a classic round uniform badge and you could potentially paste the image of a similar badge into your software then just change the colours and wording and make a few changes to the animated design. Sketches have been drawn to show the new design clearly to the designer and will be emailed to the designer once we've both decided to partner with each other. It will feature the band's name logo within the centre of the badge instead of the wording seen on the uniform badge. The band's name logo will appear in the centre. An animated human’s arm holding a simple item will appear within the circular badge area next to the band’s name logo. Budget of £50, please state what your minimum and maximum total price will be for delivering the completed design in the necessary high definition formats for printing uses. If we work effectively together on the badge, you could do more artwork for the band and we’ll have a bigger budget then once the band is earning money. I would like to be able to discuss progress on the phone occasionally with the designer during the design process so would like a phone number once we agree to work together. Discussing all design decisions (and the artist designer’s advice) by email isn’t ideal, so when we need to make decisions, or when you need my input, I prefer to talk rather than sending emails backwards and forwards, unless it’s just a simple question or two that you want to ask me.
