I need a pixel artist for an RPG

I am making a 2D medieval RPG where you spend a lot of time in a tavern or in the wilds, fighting enemies.
For the start, I need scenery images in pixel art style:
- inside of a tavern at night
- medieval town at night
- dark woods
Depending on how that works out and my ideas for content, many more sceneries may be needed in the future. Scenery images should have a ratio of about 2.5:1. The canvas to be filled is about 500x200px.
I also need pixel portraits for the player and for different enemy types, these should be square and fill a canvas of around 120x120px.
If that works out as well, we could look into pixel designs for armor, weapons, skill icons and UI elements like buttons.
PAYMENT: I have listed this as a simple project for the following reason: first I want just two or three scenery images and will pay 20€ per piece or 30€ if they are animated gifs. Depending on how the collaboration works out I would give you more work at the same conditions. For smaller images like portraits and icons I would of course pay less, maybe 20€ for a collection of five.
