I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. Cartoon Website Scope Of Work  Introduction: My name is Khaled Al Jaberi, I’m a cartoonist. I’m planning to build a website &Facebook page and design a logo for cartoons services including my cartoons and other artists cartoons. The below Scope of Work is the minimum requirement I’m looking for. The designer can add more option if he like. Cagle post, andertoons and Cartoon stock is a good example of what content I need in my website [login to view URL] [login to view URL]  [login to view URL]  Objectives:  Website Facebook page Logo  The Scope Of Work:  Cartoon website shall work as a cartoon stock so a lot of artist can joint website and add there artworks  Logo for the website shall be suitable for cartoon website Design a Facebook page suitable for this website  Access for each artist to upload his cartoons anytime he want. Access to share the uploading cartoon in social media. The website shall have a payment system (visa, MasterCard, paypal..etc) Each picture/cartoon shall have comments/like/sharing options website shall work properly on mobile I want the website to have ability to add new sections in the future (for example: if I want to add a new gallery for special kind of cartoons, or add new section include animation videos). I must have ability to cancel, hide and modify any section anytime The Home Page shall be suitable to highlight new service/cartoon (for example: new cartoon, new video, new service..etc) The Home Page shall be suitable for advertising (for example: advertising for companies, government, other websites, ..etc)
