I need a graphic designer for a save the date e-invitation for a wildlife conservation fundraising ball

Lewa Wildlife Conservancy and Borana in northern Kenya are hosting a ball in London to raise funds for the Lewa-Borana Landscape. The Lewa Wildlife Conservancy (Lewa) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Man & Biosphere Reserve, and award-winning IUCN Green Listed Area that works as a catalyst for the conservation of wildlife and habitat. The landscape provides secure habitat for some of Africa’s most threatened species, which are safe-guarded through locally led wildlife protection and community development programmes. The ball: When: 18th March 2021 Where: Victoria & Albert Museum, London Guests: c.400 Creative concept: The main feature of the evening is an Acacia tree, which will be installed into the dining room so that everyone is dining under one tree. The dining room will also be lit up to mimic a Kenyan starry night. The save the date e- invitation: The invitation should communicate Lewa’s resilience in recent months and introduce supporters to a new era that fosters participation in-spite of age, location or the Covid-19 pandemic, conveying global unity and inclusivity during these uncertain times. These unprecedented times calls for unprecedented responses, and this event will be like none other previously organised by Lewa. Alongside the physical ball, Lewa and Borana will be hosting a virtual event for anyone to join from wherever they are in the world. This will be a momentous occasion that inspires supporters to save the date no matter what. The audience is made up of HNW donors and a younger NextGen audience, Lewa's global boards made up of business people. All of whom are united in their appreciation for nature, safari, endangered wildlife and community driven approach to conservation.
