I need a full time graphic artist to create simple advertisments for our clients to go on the back of t-shirts, the sides of stadium cups, or full color advertisments for magnets.

Hello potential partner. I own a small company that creates promotional products for businesses. I am looking for a Graphic Artist that can produce about 100-140 individual ads per week. These are small in nature, but we will need your attention daily. We would like to have the art back to us within 1 business day. I have uploaded a couple of our past layouts so you can see what the end result will be. You will only be creating ads for new clients as our repeat clients already have art on file. We are looking for someone who will do good work and will not have a lot of external corrections. If corrections/modifications are needed for the client, we have 2 internal graphic artist that will make those corrections. I will provide the templates that the ad you create will go on. Those files will then be saved to drop box and we will print them here to mail to our clients for their review. Our current internal graphic artist produce about 5 of these small ads per hour. I would be paying you on a price per piece, not an hourly rate. So if youre capable of getting 6 or 7 done in 1 hour, the better per hour you will earn.
