This is due to the default message provider that is SMTP you are using , to avoid this , buy some good SMTP or we can use google SMTP as well for it , then have to do all the settings and one two module installation on server end and one on backend of the site

Hi there There are a couple of tricks to getting email delivery working better - we need to update the PHP code to authenticate with the hosting provider's email (instead of using PHP's default function), and then we need to make sure the hosting is setup properly (SPF etc). I am a PHP developer and server administrator so I am well placed to sort this out for you. If you accept my bid I will work through all of the above with you until we get this working properly.
