Please read through the whole project details here before you start bidding. My website gtop100(dot)com has currently got a pretty flat design which you need to add some depth to and also modernize a bit. The "new" Design should be quite simple and new fresh-looking, professional looking. The current design is fully responsive but with a few mobile design issues which you need to fix. The new "Re-design" needs to be fully responsive for all devices. You will be implementing the new design into first the "stage/test" site and then into the Live site, so you need to have good knowledge in PHP, html and Javascript. Gtop100 is built in Codeignitor using php 5 with some javascript, also the html is HTML 5. Bids that include a single-page or multiple-page "mockup" will have a MUCH larger chance to be chosen.
