Marketing document - brochure or semi-brochure depending on costs

I am starting a new business and will be creating all the product materials as the business grows. For the moment I want a simple and cost-effective solution. Later I will do branding, logo etc. Right now I need to have my documents made into a brochure with my company name (Adaptive Evaluation). The reason I am not making the full suite of brand and products now is that it is a new product and will change over the next six months (e.g., new diagrams, new text). So, I would like documents for minimum cost, with whatever standard design. Looks good but not as bespoke as my later product design. My budget will expand as I get my initial clients. The document I want attached for your review VIBE: I am taking traditional approaches to measurement that Boards and companies are used to and making it more dynamic. So they are used to dashboards with metrics. I will be doing that, but my metrics will be based on interviews, focus groups, systems thinking, and other measures of evolving, changing organizations. Not the static stable stuff Boards are used to. On one hand I want to appeal to organisation’s love of stability and metrics (which make them feel safe) and on the other hand I want to show measurement is progressive, dynamic, changing. Graphic designs and marketing has always been done by other people in my business, so this is the first time I am doing it directly and don't have a great deal of knowledge about the area. I am REALLY excited to be beginning my business and hopefully building a relationship with you. My background. I have been on creative leave for a while writing a book but now need to get back to business. I have two teenage daughters (14 and 16) and a husband. I live in Melbourne, Australia.
