Maintening up an existing project of magento

We need a magento expert to give us a quotation for 1 year maintenance of our 2 virtual linux servres. Server 1 has installed several magento customers on. Server 2 is for customers to upload eshop pictures. The freelancer will be responsible to fix all bugs that they will occure, install all security patches for magento. Also answer all questions regarding magento we will send to him (basically customers will contact us, and we will contact freelancer in case we can not answer the question ourselves). Freelancer will be paid each month (the amount will quoted devided by 12). Occationaly we will have new customers. Freelancer must be able to install the new customer Magento template (we will provide) and setup the new customer. If customer selects the default template then is free. If selects a template we will buy from monstertemplates (or other similar) an extra charge of 100 eur will occur.
