Looking for graphic designer for website elements / banners

We would like to redesign and re-launch our website ([login to view URL]). We have a WordPress website and we have already selected a theme for the new design. That being said the pre-built theme / template would take care of most of the web design / frame works. Now, we have to customize the template to get the look and feel that we would like to have for our website. For that, we need some website elements like header banners, in-page small banners, call to action banners, icons, explanatory images / small info-graphic / graphical timeline and maybe one-two characters. We already have a wire-frame as a reference for the designer. The designer have to follow the wire-frame and design elements where required. Here are some of the details of the requirement (Not in exact count since we are still planning inner pages) 1. 25-30 header banners 2. 25-30 Icons 3. 10 small inner page banners 4. 3-4 explanatory images 5. 1-2 characters The designer should be able to work closely with in-house developer, marketing / project coordinator team and should have prior experiences of the works as stated above. About the pricing, we could either go for hourly charges, element wise charges or maybe take it as a full project and pay according to that. Everything depends on how much we like your works.
