Layout a publication based on a complex Indesign CC 2018 template for about 180 word pages in a very short time (part of 360 word pages document)

I have a 360-word pages word document to format in a very short time. I order to meet the deadline of April 11, I need two designers, one working the night and one working during the day (sort of relay race). One graphic designer will have to work every day from April 6 to April 11 from 10 am to 7 PM Central European Time, the weekend included (or more in some cases) Another designer will have to work every night from April 6 to April 11 from 9 PM to 8 am Central European Time, the weekend included (or more in some cases). The graphic designer will use dropbox to share files in real time and he/she is comfortable using it The designer will use Skype, and he will have Abobe CC 2018 installed The designer works on its own (no graphics agency) The designer will have years of experience with InDesign and will be productive and very precise The designer has perfect English and is able to communicate without no problem The designer has no problems at all with power cuts The designer has no problem with internet The designer is flexible and hard working The final quality has to be flawless What the designer has not to do: The designer does not have to redesign the illustrations, they will be given to him/her, he/she just needs to incorporate them into the document The designer will not be able to work on other projects at the same time as this one will be very challenging already How this will happen: the document to layout will be sent via multiple word files along the days of the assignment (not one unique file, unfortunately). Another designer will work on the figures and maps and will share along the days the final files to be laid out. The whole work is a team work and using dropbox, Skype and emails is a must
