Improving existing OpenCart Landing Page (responsive disign)

We are close to launch out new OpenCart eComerce but we are looking for improvements in the Landing Page . Please check the current beta version is here: [login to view URL]
I have made some notes on the attached screenshoots. In short
* Improve the first experience (most of the foto and icons are not completely visible on most screen resolutions)
* Responsive Design for Landing page should work on this resolutions iPhone, and 16:9 resolutions
* Create a fancy mouse over efect for the three icons floting over the photo. (final client loves this action: [login to view URL] ) but we are open for recomendations
* The floating CSS Text "su seguridad es nuestro compromiso" should be placed over the white cloud on all screen resolutions
* The space for the Logo - it can be kind of floating over the photo to use better the space.
The current project is an adapted version of opentheme.
