Need someone with good art skills to build a frontend for a Raffle/lottery that we're building. The game starts with 5 colorful balloons, which should pop when the user clicks on them. The user has 3 tries to find the 'winning' balloon. If the user wins, a grid of 99 numbered boxes comes up allowing the user to pick one. Each day, we choose a number and any user(s) who picked that number wins a prize. The backend is already coded (in php) but we need someone to create fantastic, animated artwork for the frontend.
