there will be following basic features:
A) VIEW ALL ACTIVE LISTINGS (ability to search, sort, filter by state, city, room number, price etc)
B) when clicked on a listing, show details of property, agent/user contact info
C) New agent/users login/signup
1) register new users via email
2) login to add new listing/property listing for sale
3) view all listings for user (sorting)
4) edit/update/delete/deactivate any listing by user
5) add pictures to listing
6) user can edit profile info/contact details/picture himself
7) user can choose to get email blast once a week of all active listing of their choice by price, state, city etc
D) option to add payment method via paypal integration
everytime a new property is listed, provide option to pay a flat fee.
ADMIN can decide all options on backend
1) how many properties can be listed by each user
2) how many images
3) cost of per posting
4) expiry date of each posting (30 days, 60 days, 90 days)
5) paypal settings to get paid
6) domain name can be dynamic means admin can host on any domain..only change 1 variable for domain url and boom, it works everywhere
7) logo/website name
Nice looking front end, mobile responsive.
SEO optimized means, each property/listing should display with a metadata tags for google search engines example-hotel for sale in New York (so it will be picked up by SEO)
so it will need to be dynamic..nothing hardcoded.
ADMIN can turn ON/OFF payment options..means we want to offer FREE listing in beginning and start charting later on..with a simple change of variable from $pay_option=0 to 1.

(prefer no platforms, only object oriented code that can run on most linux)

Because your partial code will not do us any good, and if you can not complete project, we will need to find another developer who will most likely want to do things his own way..so it does not make sense to pay for unfinished work. .so only contact if you are interested to work on entire project from start to finish.
