Gisbus.com redesign

[login to view URL] is used to accept bookings for a on-demand bus service in the town of Gisborne. The site at the moment, is one single page with a ASP.net booking application. The current application has some functionality shortfalls, there are also changes to the bus service itself, which is why we're looking to rebuild it. Although the current site is written in ASP, I am leaning towards the new site being in PHP because apache/MySQL being more common and hosting being cheaper. Build a new public page that has a. a booking form like the current one b. Details about the bus routes (including route numbers 474 / 473) c. Company contact details 2. Interface with onewaysms SMS API [login to view URL] 3. Build an ADMIN console that can: a. Display a list of new bookings that are awaiting action b. Add/Edit/Delete buses - Bus Number / Rego / Wheelchair Lift? c. Manage bookings - allocate to a specific bus, accept/reject, send comments etc) d. Generate a driver manifest - List of pick ups per day per bus, in time order e. Add/remote managers - (name & mobile number) and set 'active manager' for SMS notifications f. Add a manual booking to the manifest g. Add/edit/delete list of train times (both City Bound and Bendigo bound train directions) - this is the used for the drop down list on booking form. h. Add/edit/delete list of pick up locations - used for accept/reject modify booking To filter out copy/paste proposals, include the answer to this question in the first line of your proposal. Is spam good or bad? I can provide access to the current admin console to those shortlisted. The system is currently functional, but there are certain features missing. Also, we no longer have the source for the current application. General requirements: Public site: Produce a really good looking website. Ideally, the timetable information would be overlayed on the map. I.e. If I hover my mouse over a bus stop, it would show the times for that stop (there are only 6 buses per day) Phone number becomes a 'dial' link for mobile phones All fields mandatory (except for comments) Mobile number must equal 10 digits. Site to be delivered before 31 October. 'Bait' proposals will not be entertained. Please quote the maximum cost.
