UI & UX for a mobile web app

I am a developer currently looking to hire a UI & UX professional to create a design + flow/interaction of a mobile web app. Take note that other than beautiful & elegant design, the user experience (flow and interaction) is equally important. It is a mobile-first software designed for property agents to manage their listing and contacts, and sales activity. It will be implemented as hybrid mobile app instead of native app, and uses ionic framework. In addition to running on the mobile phones, it should run on tablet or desktop too. Hence, the design should be responsive. The design should be based on Material Design + ionic framework. You’re most welcome to use any existing well known and good open source design kits/framework that is based on Material Design. We prefer simple design, and performance is the most important consideration. If you’re using any existing design kit, please make sure that these two factors are taken into serious consideration. The deliverables: * UI & UX design (graphics and flow/interaction) * CSS (and javascript, if any), including animation * Fonts (if any) * icons * graphic files for various screen resolution for various mobile, tablet and desktop * Responsive design for mobile (iOS, Android), tablet, and desktop * etc The idea is developer will be able to start the business logic and backend coding using the deliverables. You will be provided a functional documentation that will describes the all the features & functions that the application is going to have.
