Excel Template, for personal training

This is not a high paying job, its simple math formulas and charts, lets not take advantage of my lack of creativity for my lack of understanding the complexity of a given job. NOT CORNY Formulas remain hidden from clients (they get an excel version that only spits out a PDF that they follow and then they report back to me the numbers they lift) Excel will feature forecasted workouts (example 30lbs dumbbell goblet squat for 3x10 [3 sets of 10 reps] . Then the client reports back actual workout performed. Example 3x8 at 30lbs. I place those numbers in my excel, which tracks their performance. How to track performance: We would want charts that show forecasted performance vs actual performance Math formulas determine what is tracked, example, for most workouts Volume would be tricked. Volume formulas is Weight (x) sets ( x) reps. So the dumbbell example would be 30lbs(x)3(x)10 = 900lbs of total volume. We will track volume several ways Volume for that specific exercise Volume for the total exercise in that day Volume over the entire week Volume over the entire mesocycle Maybe that is a bit overkill, but we want to accomplish the following: During workouts and lifestyle change it is important to find points of emotional reward, feelings of accomplishment. This will encourage adherence to the plan, make the client feel good about oneself, and provide a bit of comfort while they are waiting for the results in the mirror to show (which can take the longest. WE want to pull meaningful metrics from the workout that provide a sense of reward for the client. We also want the workouts to be “just right” if we see a trend of the actual work completed (volume) is routinely behind the forecasted volume then we have a bit of a problem the coach will need to address.
