Hello, I need someone who designs a web template. The supposed template must design for offering sea insurances to clients. I am developing the backend by myself, but for the front-end, I need an experienced front-end designer. This project has 2 parts. The first part, in fact, is designing the graphical file of the template, for example, by photoshop or other graphical tools. Then, if the graphical was accepted, the freelancer must export this file to responsive HTML pages of those files. I can suggest in the template you should use blue color. and the detail of the design is included in the following file.
