Design a Website Mockup from existing example.

I am looking for someone to do DESIGN only for a wordpress website.
I prefer someone who has experience working for a design agency or web firm and who is already familiar with this process.
I have a URL of which my client wants to have a very similar site.
Your job is to create a VERY similar site that can be converted to a WORDPRESS site.
Step 1 is to DESIGN, step 2 is to convert to a template.
You are doing the Step 1 - Design ONLY .
I'll give you the url of the website that is the inspiration and then you'll give me a new design suited for my client.
I think design should be done for around $200.
YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE in this area and probably some experience working for an agency or web firm doing very similar.
As part of the design, there will be a rough draft, and then a more final draft.
Final deliverable will be design in probably PSD as well as list of fonts, colors, etc that will be needed to produce final web counterpart.
