Please read carefully. Thank you for looking. I am launching a new marketing business and I need a new website to be designed. We have reference sites that I would like you to look at. The site is low budget, we are a start up company and cash flow is low. To be clear, this site will need to work and function amazingly. We have most of the artwork and imagery ready. We will send you the logo and everything you need to get started. We expect this to be completed in two weeks, in full with everything working properly. The site is to be fully compatible and work with Googles policy's on ranking. This means a full, clear landing page with enquiry form for what the client is looking for. It is to be easily SEO read. It has to look and feel like an amazing site. It must have excellent load time and look great! We own the domain but we don't have hosting. We are looking for good, fast hosting. Maybe you can help us with this? Now the important stuff: 1) The site must be completed and transferred before payment is released 2) We will not be releasing payment from our accounts department to anyone until the project is completed (sorry to press this point but we got burned before and we will not let that happen again). 3) Your bid is your bid. Please do not bid low in the hope that you can increase your bid later. This is the kind of approach that we will not accept. 4) Work with us honestly, openly and with trust and we will work together on developing this site for many years to come! Help us and we will help you. 5) This site must work with the online price calculator that we would like you to copy from a competitor site. 6) We require daily updates. You must be able to work after 6pm UK time. We have day jobs so we can make edits and settle things after 6.
