design for me a photos

hello, I want to design a few photos that supposed to promote an electric standing desk. this kind of desk is an adjustable desk that you can set the height of the table by clicking on the control box. when you lift it up you are able to stand and work (standing desk) on the computer without sitting. this product is good for people that sit most of the day and having a back problem because of the long sitting. the banners I want to create: 1. I want to create a photo of someone (can be a cartoon or a real person) sitting on the chair and then you see his backbone threw his body with red color. and next to it a person stand on the standing desk also that you can see his backbone in his body but this will be like color green and with no pain. 2. and on the concept I want more photos that will show the pain of someone sitting on the chair with different position and photo of someone happy when standing on the desk. I added some photos that I found in the internet that similar for what I want. I also have photos of an empty desk. I added some of these photos maybe you can use it and edit on it. let me know if you need any other photos to continue.
