1/ I want my site to look good. I switched to wordpress to make my site mobile compatible. Wordpress looks sad
in comparison to old fashioned HTML, no matter what template I use (newspaper-ish look). I guess that some 70% of my clients are fee-males.
Those are fine tuned towards special effects, nice colors, flowers and fluffy bunnies rather than "boring" technical stuff. Boys do appreciate my site for what it is,
as it's the only site in Auckland from which you can actually learn anything about tile and grout restoration. I want to keep it that way, but not at the expense of loosing fee-male clients.
2/ SEO issues... I use to be on top of Google in 2009-2011. I suspect I got penalized by panda or penguin, as my site virtually vanished overnight.
I climbed back on front page in second half of 2013 (if memory holds), but I'm nowhere close to where I was previously. My main competitors are:

keywords stuffing)

What I want in this point is obvious - Auckland is my house!!! I have to be right beside Groutpro if not in front of them.
3/ Off-line SEO... This would be a next job, once I'm satisfied with web development part.

4/ More seo issues... Those have to be handled just by proper website design. We know that Google wants one keyword per page. That's the main reason I want a freelancers help.
I don't have time to be Shakespeare as someone has to actually restore some grout in a meantime... Besides, I don't actually know how to handle it, by blog posts or service pages or both. If both, how exactly? You cannot utilize all possible variants of keywords just by listing your services which in my case would be:
a/ grout/tile - cleaning, sealing, restoration, repair, repairs, painting, removal, specialist, professional, installation (that's 20 combinations already!!!)
b/ re-grouting, regrouting - tile, tiles, terracotta, stone, marble, slate, shower(s), bathroom(s), shower floor, shower base,
c/ silicone - removal, replacement, re-caulking, recaulking, installation, cleaning
How the hell to pull it of without having to produce 150 pages???? Or do we have to??
Hope that's enough info to get a feel of what needs to be done. I will provide other materials one we get to it (photos, writing materials if needed)

I want knowledge on my site, but I don't want to provide a free course of tile restoration to my competitors. There has to be a delicate balance of what to allow public to know...
Most of my competition is franchise operators. That means people from all walks of life with zero tiling experience who after a week course of grouting become "professionals, gurus and masters", LOL.
I want to keep it that way.
