Hi, I need a designer to come up with a new in-house call-to-action banner for our website, and potential matching image for a pop-over form. Basically, our website ([login to view URL]) is all about car news and car reviews. But we also have a partner company that helps buyers save money on a new car. We send through leads from our users who fill out a form on our page. I can go further into detail on this with the winning bidder or if you have questions just ask. For the banner we basically need a new design from our current, old banner (attached). The new banner needs; -Ideally measure about 728x90, but preferably collapsible for mobile use -To be of red and white and black tones to suit the website theme so users know it's an in-house ad -Preferably design to feature some kind of 'start button' like on a car -Text to say any of the following, or variations if you have ideas: 'Don't waste money at the dealer.
