Create a website to create and share presentations -- 2

We want to build a site that allows a user (or his team) to create a tree scheme for presentations. This tree scheme will have so many degrees as user wants to (in this document we show up to 2 levels, but user can had as many levels as he wants). In each level user will be able to upload files (vídeo, office files, etc.). User will, for each presentation, be able to define to who he wants to share the presentation. He can set if he want to send the main presentation and sub-presentations to everybody, or if he wants to make a personalization of each singular presentation to different users. For each presentation, user must set a starting date and end date. This will be the time frame that the presentation will be available for the users he wants to share them. The user must see in his dashboard the status of his presentations, running presentations and past presentations. He must have the chance to edit past presentations and put them alive again. The site must track each and every link that is sent, and count the number of times that it is shared, oppened, and re-shared and so on. When user logs into his account, he will have on his dashboard a tree of áreas that have links sent to him. This tree is mantained by ADMIN in backoffice, and user can enable or not this áreas: Vacations Hotels Banks Cars Shopping Health & Beauty Site must be in Portuguese and English.
