Create a wave pattern like this

I want to have a pattern on a bottle like this (image 1). I will do this by spray painting. Hence I need a decent continuation of the wave pattern on the sample bottle (see image 2).
I need to have a continuing wave pattern in the style of image 1 in 27,4 cm, as explained in image 2 - So I can cut out the wave shape, put it around the bottle and spray paint it...
