Create PSD website designs ready for code

What are we looking for? We’re looking for freelancers or an agency that can provide these skills: • Website designer that can design a UI/UX PSD, ready for web/coding. • Is good at providing a design that reflects the customer’s business. What kind of work are you going to do? Our clients are primarily small and medium sized companies, and they do not expect a 100% custom designed website (unless they are asking for it, we will of course provide it). But since it isn’t we have to have a relatively quick design and coding process. Meaning we/the client cannot afford a 100% tailor-made design for their site. But we are still using designers to not limit ourselves with just a template for wordpress. So that’s why you are going to base your design on a PSD template found on this site [login to view URL] when you find one that you think will fit the client, you will run it through us and we will approve it. This will give us the right amount of possible customization of the design but still being able to produce a relatively quick design for the client. Furthermore you will have access to a shutterstock profile where you can download up to 350 pictures per month (for work use only, not private). So if you think that you are the right fit for delivering a customized design, based on client wishes and keeping a 2016 (modern) look, but still using PSD templates to keep down the time used per project don’t hesitate to apply for this job. If you have any suggestion on how to improve this process even more, we would love to hear it. Who are we? Heartworkers is a Danish full-service marketing agency, located in inner Copenhagen. Work process: 1. I will send job specs in a word document through asana 2. You will give a price based on the spec document 3. We will compose a offer for the client, and when approved you will begin your work 4. You will start designing, and when you are done we will send it to the client for approval 5. When the design is approved by the client, and the client feedback has been implemented it will go to the the programmer who will code it for Wordpress. We will track task/projects through the platform called Asana (learn more about Asana here) You will be part of the team on Asana, and when we have a job for you we will assign it to you and you can give a price, so we can put together an offer for the client. When the offer is approved by the client we will start out with the design of the website after that the programming will begin. And mostly all communication will go through Asana. By doing this, it’s easy for us all to chat with each other and see the progress on each project. Keep in mind our timezone – you will need to be available from 13:00 – 20:00 from Monday to Friday DANISH TIMEZONE so please compare that to your timezone. Your behavior matters: We do have experience with hiring freelancers and we have both good and bad experiences. So that is why it is important to us that as an example you do not do stuff like trying to make things more complicated than they really are, just so you can use more hours on it to make more money. We are not stupid and we also know how most things work. Roadmap / future plans: As we are planning on bringing in more people to our sales team in Copenhagen, we expect to get a lot more work in the near future. And this will result in us looking for permanent employment, so if you are contributing in a positive way we will without doubt consider you for employment.
