Create a high-res PDF of an existing PowerPoint file

Hi,
I have a PowerPoint file with high res images saved into it. When I PDF the document it loses quality.
I'd like someone to use a higher level program than what I have and simply compile the existing design as a PDF. I'd like the PDF to be A3 size and of high quality.
Please have a look at the PDF design I have created to see what I would like.
I have also attached the PowerPoint file and images for you to use as required.
I have also attached the PDF Pocket Die Line template. This is the template for the sizing.
The font for the logo is Fredoka One.
