Clean up my website

I need someone to clean up my website. Visually making the website look nicer with the current structure, this includes all pages and front-end sections of the website. Fix anything that's not working properly or that needs to be changed. Speed up the website. [login to view URL] Some things that will need to be done: - Fix the main menu header and the scrolling main menu header alignment - the logo sizes are different and the menu skews slightly to the left from the static to floating change, but this fix needs to be accurate while scaling different browser window sizes and in the various responsive layouts. - Fix the background and/or box colors/backgrounds to be more visually appealing. - Possibly change the content headers or the content modules to look better or flow better with the overall design. - Design (using plugin) the front-end user profile section (plugin will be installed and prepped prior to awarding the project) and its login section, also implementing the login into the main menu header (currently a link to the default WordPress login). - Design the author box using the Ultimate Author Box plugin and ensure the default WordPress author box is removed. - Fix the comments section - I'm not sure if it's been modified at all, but it needs to look better than the default WordPress comments. - Speed up the website loading speed. Theme: -The7 (with The7child child theme installed) Plugins: -WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer) included with The7 theme (not most current version of plugin due to inclusion within theme) -Massive Addons for WPBakery Page Builder -Ultimate Author Box -Smart Review -AccessPress Social Login (this might need to be removed after the user profile plugin is implemented) -User Profiles Made Easy (will be installed prior to awarding project) Please note: If you are unable to do some of the tasks, but are able to do others, please specify in your bid.
