building a website of online clinic -- 2

Hello I need i busnise  website : 1- the nature of website is online clinic contains  the doctor . A pharmacist . Laboratory. Patient . 2 - the user need  To register into the website To interact with other peoples  . He enters  his first name . Last Name. Nickname. Password . Email . And user_type :( client ; doctor ; pharmacist; laboratory ) 3- the user can search into the website and looking for peoples and can filters According to the user_type ( client ; doctor ; pharmacist; laboratory ) 4 - the user can search according To Her geographic  and the distance town ( use the GPS technic ) by default the search results  show the shorter town firstly . And if he  filters The town then he can look only see Special results 5- the user can complet his profile ( adress ; number Phone ; job ; Salary  ; disease_type ; photo ; interest : in this field he can enter his historic  ; ..... etc ) 5 - the doctor or the clinic must choose his speciality  and his adress ( please do the GPS option )  and complet his profile ( photo_of_his_clinic; .. experience ; diploms;  Evaluation : by stars .
