I want someone to build a simple WordPress website for me. I would do this myself, but as it would be the 1st time doing so, and I have some other matters to attend to, I'd rather pay someone to quickly handle the construction than to spend time figuring out the ins and outs of getting the site the way I'd like it. The site will be for information and blogging only, and allow for readers to leave comments. No e-commerce involved. I already have the domain and host, and have actually started the basic outline, and added some content. The site should have the following pages:
- Home
- About
- Blog
- Resources (for links to relevant articles)
- Disclaimer
- Contact
I will provide the content. I'm most concerned with having someone set the site up so that it looks nice, rather than like an absolute beginner built the site. I want the site to be simple, attractive, fast and responsive. I won't need any flash or animation. I'm not concerned with SEO optimization. Nothing fancy. It should have links to social media pages which I will designate. The topic of the site will be somewhat sensitive, so I will need for the designer of the site to keep the information that I share between the two of us.
I believe that for someone who already knows how to use WordPress that this should be fairly easy and quick project. If I cannot find someone to complete the task for me within a maximum of a week's time, at a competitive price, then I will take on the project myself.
