Build a website with eCommerce LMS!

We need someone who can help us create a course-making website for our company. We are a firm that do First Aid courses for other firms, but we now want to make an online option instead so we can work more from home. We want a website where we can create courses in a LMS, and sell these courses through the same website. We need both Paypal and VISA payment. The more professional the LMS looks, the better :) The LMS needs to have three functions to create a course; video uploading, quiz and article (power point or something similar where we can write information for the customer to read). The customers need to be able to see their score at the end of the course, and have the possibility of taking the course again if they fail. We also need the option of creating coupons with for instance 20% off, if a course is on sale. We need three types of Users; admin (can access everything), Instructor (can create + upload videos), Customer (can see an overview over the courses available and buy the courses they want). The main page the customers come to needs an overview of the different courses we provide. The course overview needs the option of creating different categories for our courses. For instance, a category could be "First Aid courses", and another category could be "Fire Safety courses", or "Lifesaving in Water". The website needs to have CMS for everything so that we can easily use and navigate through the website when it is finished. The website also needs to have a modern theme so it looks professional :) We are familiar with Wordpress, Drupal and Moodle Commerce or H5P, so that or something similar would be great. We have a domain, a web host ([login to view URL]) and need to operate through cPanel. Anyone interested?
