I need a website build for which I have the specs and have developed the wireframes and mockups. However, I need the HTML/CSS coding done (I'm mostly stuck on how to code the layout and base of the website in order to start putting information in). I will provide the images and written information for some of the pages. However, I need it done urgently - preferably within 12 hours. I have attached my wireframes.
