What I'm trying to achieve:
I am trying to make the site community based so you can sign up and make a post in a specific category. That post needs to be able to accept comments.
I am using CJBlog as it allows me to provide badges, awards etc.
I used Joomla many years ago in the 1.5 range and due to its advancements this scenario is tough for me to set up due to permissions and organization.
Below is a list of things I will need done.
Main page [login to view URL]
1)
I need the site set up properly to work with CJBlog. It is already functioning but not as I want.
Right now there are 2 different formats of articles showing (I don't now why). I need them all to appear as the one with proper page url's not including the category etc. as below A vs B
(A) [login to view URL] (The Slider module does not show on this page nor does the Welcome module but it does appear on the other format even though it is not assigned to show in the moodule) Which is want I want.
Versus
(B) [login to view URL] (this one shows category as well as item number which I don't want unlike the one above)
2)
I need the logo to be responsive too suitable for all devices.
3)
For some reason registered users can't post an article after signup even though the permissions seem to indicate they can
4)
I also need the slider "Sign Up Buttons" to be active I can't seem to figure out where the href goes
