Build a Web Site

I need a responsive web site developed using bootstrap. The system is to be developed for the New Zealand Market. The customer will be able to book and pay for the booking after viewing the quotation. Requirements 1. Allow customers to register and maintain their details. Must have registration validation via email confirmation. 2. Quote Request : Allow a customer to select a Job Description, Car Type, Car Rego, "From Address" and a "To Address", a date, a time, phone number, Pickup Address name, drop off address name, comments. Need to calculate the price using something like this - [login to view URL] I like the way the address are entered. There needs to be a get quote button. Once they select get quote they should be shown an invoice page with all the information they have entered, including a price for the job. For now this can simply be the distance in kilometres * $10.00 There should be a "Make Payment" button. 3. Online Payment after selecting quotation using eWay. 4. Contract and invoice emailed to customer email address and to another business email address.
