Hello,
I would like to develop an online store with user database, specifically with the following features. I do know how to create an online store with Wix and Shopify but I would like some help with the user database aspect.
Website requirements:
Design:
-Minimalism layout: Banner, few pictures, slider of pictures/gallery, video
Features:
-Product listing
-Product images, description, price
-Add to cart
-Optional assessment surveys prior to ordering
-User accounts/login: when logged in, see user’s profile and personal info (Name, Address, etc)
-Each account is one case
-User fill and sign forms (online signature) which follow the user and stay on records
-Admin uploads photos of design onto individual user accounts for user to review
-User can also upload photos and documents onto their own account for admin to review
-Feedback mechanism in each account for communication between admin and user
-Admin can upload additional design/photos following user’s feedback, while keeping both old photos and new photos. (Classified as “Plan 1”,” Plan 2”)
-Once user is satisfied with design/photos that are uploaded by admin, user can then place order
-Payment options (credit card, paypal, etc.)
-Shipping options
-User can upload additional photos and give feedback after order is placed
-Notification to admin about updates of each user. (Notification message to admin when a user sends feedback and uploads photos)
-Domain name
-Cloud hosting
-Google analytics for reports and stats, work queue, status
-Live chat/question form
-Promo code/referral code
-Email subscription/newsletter
