Build KPIs dashboard connected to DB "WITH TUTORIAL"

ADMIN: Who owns the website and have all privilages 2. MANAGER: Who will see the performance and will interact with dashboards 3. USER: Who will update data sources The main page: Will contain dashboards of the performance of KPIs The USER will select data from DW that represent KPIs to be shown and will determine the type of chart that will be drawn (Bar chart, Pie chart, gague, etc.) There will be many categories for KPIs, each category contains one or more KPI, USER Assign each KPI to category The display will show the overall performance for each Category, and for each KPI upon clicking on it The type of chart to be shown for the whole category and for each KPI should be determined by the USER MANAGER should be able to view these performances and clicking on each category to see breakdown of KPIs performance When performance if under certain level, An alert should be shown in the Home page after login (no problem if presented in box or as text above but needs to be removed if the performance improved to the desired level) User can upload documents associated with KPIs to be viewed or downloaded upon clicking on them Each KPI will measure (actual performance and desired performance and minimum level of achievement) using this formula: (1 - ( (Desired Performance - Actual Performance)/Desired Performance ) ) ) * 100 This will give the percentage of completion if the KPI measurement is < minimum performance, then alert should be shown if multiple KPIs are presented on bar chart, there should be one bar for each KPIs and all of them are on the same chart IMPORTANT: I need educational tutorial with screenshots for step-by-step implementation on local host and for DB development and deployment on the local host The tutorial needs to go through the whole process from sketching the DB to PHP pages building to charts building, etc. Aesthetics is essential
