Build an elevator cab web app

We need a a programmer or developer to emulate the functionality of the example site. It’s a web app that allows user to "build an elevator cab”. This functionality will include the ability to Login and establish an account, start and build multiple Project Files, use the interface to review and select Cab Model Design Options and Cladding Options for custom elevator cab designs. The interface will involve the graphical assembly of different distinct Components of an elevator cab design including Flooring, Lighting Grid, Wall Panels, etc. (please see attached ZIP for examples). Additionally, once the designs are complete, the Final Cab Design Solution should be exported as a fully detailed PDF document. The PDF will need to display a graphic representation of the custom cab design and include descriptions and photos of all materials selected and also include the specifications and measurements of the final design so that subcontractor(s) can use the PDF as a Bid Requests specifications document. All Graphics, Photos Samples of Cladding Materials and 3D renderings of the Elevator Components (Flooring, Lighting Grid, Wall Panels etc.) will be provided. We need to work directly with the programmer throughout the development process to provide any and all graphic elements required. Schedule of tasks delivery will be agreed, based on the total estimated days required for development. The final format of the proposed solution should be Web-Based app like the example site.
