I'm looking for someone to develop a custom PHP website similar design and functionality to hotukdeals but will have additional functionality of a payment system. The design will be extremely important with this so creativity in design is needed!
Second Stage:
We will pay users that get over 5 likes on their deal which they have posted. Payment can be via PayPal. (This will help to grow the website quickly). Therefore admin section is required for both the manager and user.
We need someone who is creative in generating new ideas.
