Build Cryptocurrency exchange

I need to have a cryptocurrency trading exchange platform built to trade our own ERC-20 token. I only want to list BTCXXX ETHXXX. Users will be able to fund their account with BTC or ETH then buy/sell XXX. Account security should be very tight and you'll need to install Two-Factor Authentication via Google Authenticator.
You must provide exchange sites(at least one) you developed and a reasonable price and answer to some questions.
I already hired a Laos developer and he suggested me ROR for this project, so need to be familiar with ROR and working in team.
