App icon for macOS and iOS writer app

(1) I need App icons for my macOS and iOS app. The app is for writers. I want an icon on a black background that is like a pirate flag, but substitutes (a) an open book instead of a skull and (b) a crossed pencil and a pen instead of crossed bones.
The icon should be the same for macOS and iOS, except that the macOS version should be: (i) tilted and (ii) have a white border (see Apple Human Interface Guidelines for App Icons - links below).

(2) I want an alternative version of the icon described above, that is like the pirate flag in the top-middle of the uploaded image that resembles an arm holding a sword. But I would like an arm holding a pen. The arm should also have a tattoo that resembles the icon described in point (1).
(3) Finally, I would like an icon for documents produced by the App. It should be a page (with #F9F4EA paper color and #4E320B writing + border) with a half-size version of the App icon in the middle foreground.
I would like to manipulate the icon later. I have below-average photoshop skills. Please split all icon elements into different layers, so I can change colors etc. later, if required.
