animation/illustration of crazy Film Festival party, morning after scene

My friend described to me a scene from a crazy weird dream he had. I would like to hire someone to depict his vision in an animated caricature. I will send a description of the scene and actual pictures of the people who I would like depicted. I would like to be able to review and give feedback through a couple rounds of edits. I will describe in more detail once I hire the artist, but in short, please picture this: the morning after a big party...all adults are hungover while 2 kids are riding a tiger around a hotel room, a baby is holding an empty tequila bottle like a baby bottle, one guy is beer bonging, one guy is wearing a crown, one guy is missing a tooth, one guy is wearing a football uniform and being carried around by three women. There are empty energy drink cans all over the floor. If it was a movie, it would be like The Hangover, or maybe Old School...over the top debauchery, but all in good fun. There are a total of 7 adults, 2 kids, 1 baby and one tiger, along with some assorted props. The art style I'm hoping for is similar to when you see a caricature artist at a street fair...the people's faces are cartoon style, but recognizable. I plan to make four copies of this to frame and give as gifts and would like to have it ready to print by January 17. I am available now and in the next couple days if someone wants to start and finish sooner than that. I would like the printed size to be approximately 8x10" and to fit in a standard frame size. I would like to own or have license to the finished product so I can reprint whenever I want. Thank you!
