We are looking to develop Android App, with Backend, according to our description that we will give it to the developer.

the project includes:

1. Design the App - including the Logo.

2. Android App developing.

3. Backend Developing with Database- it will be better if its based WordPress.

4. 2 Languages Arabic from right to left, and English.

5. The option to Upload Photo, Video, Text, and to send Notifications to users.

6. Option to Fallow specific news from specific Football Fan Team.

the developer has to know the rules that Google developers ask for making a project.

Payments Terms:

1. All The Payment will be fund at Freelancer.

2. Payment will be released just after:

A. We receive All the project according to our request.

B. After confirming the App at Google Store, and check that All the features are working.

C. testing that there are no any bugs in the App and the backend, users start using it.

Our Budget is 700$.

Time Line: 10 Days, at 14.06.2018 we want to start working with the App, that means the App at the Store, with no any bugs, and all the features are working.

If the freelancer or the company didn't give us the App at the time, we will cancel the project and refund all the payment.

we want to see the project according to this Milestones:

1. Design - after 2-3 days.

2. Backend- after another 3-4 days from finishing milestone 1.

3. App - after 3-4 days from Milestone 2.

4. Testing and debugging - after 1 day from Milestone 3.

5. Uploading to the store - 14.06.2018
