Amazing Merchandise and Brand Designer Opportunity

Want to pay $20 for 2 designs to test your work, then will want to hire for part time at approx $300 a month target. Will increase to full time and full time pay with good successful work from you. 4 hours a day, 5-6 days a week so we can crank out 2-3 designs per day for me to run! Designs need to be high quality, transparent for us on t-shirts, wallets, mugs, etc. I own several online stores and new brands, you can be our first designer on staff. My niches are mostly around spiritual, progressive, and urban interests. Need a designer that is fully in line and supportive with both Buddhist or new age designs and messaging (so you can't have a strong feeling against these positive things!!) and very very preferably someone into and that likes US/London hip hop culture!!
