Adobe Lightroom + Photoshop Editor Pro Needed

Looking for a regular Lightroom + Photoshop pro editor for my photography business that can emulate a specific color toning and style I need through use of presets, skin touch ups, adjustments of hues/highlights/contrast/curves/warmth/hazes/vibrance, use of the the dodge/burn technique and other tool brushes, and can actively utilize photoshop for editing things out of images and other fixes, adding certain additional effects occasionally, etc.
The job pay would be based on the amount of images done. This would be fairly regular work per month. You must be willing to do a trial run of images to see if you could create the style that I'm looking for that will keep the photography and brand cohesive. The idea is to keep the brand warm, but natural in skin, with earthy colors that have a slight vintage feel, along with crushed highlights and slightly matte blacks. Backgrounds should sometimes be burned and subjects dodged, along with shadows and highlights on skin in certain images to make the subjects pop.
